About Building Influencers

We came up with the idea of building influencers when we identified the gap between counseling and careers. The owner was determined to bridge the gap created by the orthodox education system and conventional career counseling programs. He noticed that they used a standard scale to measure 100s of students, which is not justified. Only then the idea of Building influencers was birthed.

The company believes in making personalised measurement scales for individual cases. We are entirely invested in the procss of transformation from the first step to the last. We analyse various aspects of the person and consider every minor feature of the person to make personalised career changes. Unlike the career counsellors in India, we are consultants who determine strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for each person coming to us. We believe in making a difference and not doing the same old system of testing aptitude and deciding the fate of people. Our approach is more rigorous, comprehensive and more time taking as we want to make changes to the entire personality and not just focus on short-term profits.

The idea of Building influencers was inspired by the career changes that happened in the last decade in India. We wanted to change the system from the root level. This thought inspired us to create the "BUILDING INFLUENCERS. We are now a team of professionals designing and preparing innovative ways to test your potential and make changes accordingly.

We are also working on AI-enabled bots that will reach the very nook and corner of India's education system where we can find the problems and try to solve them. We are also launching products designed for different careers and will help each individual reach their goals faster and easier.
